Photo licensing

The photos on this site and in client deliveries are by Julio Quintella and protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610/98). This page explains who can use them, how, and what to ask first.

Clients

The driver or team who received a delivery:

May use the delivered photos on their social media, website and own promotion.
May pass them on to their sponsors at no cost, for the sponsors’ own communication.
No written credit needed: authorship is already embedded in the files. Tagging @jqf.photos is always welcome.
May not sell the photos or hand them to anyone other than their sponsors.

Everyone else

Photos seen in the portfolio, in a showroom or passed on by someone:

Press (websites, magazines, team PR): ask for permission first, by email or Instagram.
Commercial use by a brand, championship or sponsor: paid license, quoted on request.
Sharing on social media, such as reposts and stories, is fine, always with credit.

For all uses

Do not apply filters, change colours, remove the mark or alter the image. Cropping to fit a social format is fine.
Do not remove the authorship data embedded in the file.

License a photo

Email licensing@jqf.com.br or message @jqf.photos on Instagram. Include the link or file name of the photo, where it will be used and for how long.
